Newborn on the way!!! Which means it’s time to get this new Model 3 protected from the the newborn’s poopies, as well as bird poopies. We went with Opticoat Pro and Optiglass Pro on the exterior on this one, while the inside got Optiguard Leather to help ease the clean ups (which will likely and probably happen with a new baby). Opticoat Pro and Optiglass Pro on the exterior will surely reduce the frequency of cleaning necessary, and also speed up the cleaning process, all while keeping the vehicle protected for at least 5 years. Since there’s rain in the forecast, we also topped the exterior with Optiseal the next morning; after it had cured for over 8 hours, to provide a temporary sacrificial barrier from the upcoming rain event while the coating beneath achieves full hardness.
