2019 Tesla Model 3 (Multicoat White)

If you’ve been following our Instagram (@detailership) stories, you may have seen that one of the Model 3’s that we coated a while back was keyed while out having dinner in San Francisco. (News article here: https://www.ktvu.com/video/651299). Well, long story short, they semi-caught the person who paid out the owner to have the case dropped. The car is back from the body shop and is back to get recoated. We recently picked up a short wave IR baking lamp to help accelerate curing times for situations like this. So while it’s already been a little over a month since the repaint, we still baked the panels 15 min each at 155*F for extra insurance. This car was previously coated with Opticoat Pro+, but this time around we upgraded and topped this car off with CS2 Titanium and CS2 ClearVue (glass).
