Optimum Opti-coat Pro application is the strongest protection available for a vehicle’s clear coat. Unlike waxes and sealants, Opti-Coat Pro is applied once, and lasts for the entire lifespan of the paint. It comes with a five/seven year warranty on vehicle model 5 years or newer, and is truly scratch and swirl resistant. It strengthens the clear-coat by roughly 10x, and is only available to authorized installers by Optimum Car Care. As of Oct’18, Opti-coat Pro is now also recognized on Carfax and will show up on your vehicle history report.

A little while ago, we worked on this ferociously sounding-straight-piped RS4 and had coated it with an entry level coating, one that would last the owner 1-2 years. Little did he know that as the 2 year mark approached, he would turn this RS4 over to his younger brother. We will be sending some videos over to the two to help maintain this car moving forward, but we also revived the paint once again; this time with a little more effort as Dylan plans to keep this dream car of his for longer. While the car is over a decade old, we worked on the car for almost two full days to enhance the look as safely as possible. There are still a number of deep scratches, an abundant rock chips, as well as some trims that are not revive-able, but for about 15 hours into the car, it’s definitely taken a new shape. We topped the car off with Opticoat Pro this time for 5 years of protection, and also coated the windows for him too since we’re in a X-mas giving-mood.
