Effectively wiping out about 70% of previously eligible electric vehicles from receiving any tax credits. Good for the limited usdm vehicles, but eh - personally I’ve a soft spot for jdm and edm vehicles.
This owner got their Sportage pretty much just in time before the the IRA went into effect, offsetting the dealer markup on this car and bringing it under msrp, which apparently is a steal nowadays in this market.
