1996 Porsche Carrera 4S (Black)
Can you believe this is a 25 year old car? There’s something about the 911 that is just so timeless. Like if I were to draw a car as a kid, it’d probably look something like the 911. The 4S package gives it a bit wider hips for a more aggressive look, and of course, every looking amazing in black — for a good 10 minutes after a wash.
This car was just purchased used up in Oregon, sounds like this’ll be a fun project car, but in the meantime the owner wanted to get it a bit more presentable and protected. We did a two step polish on this one with preservation in mind, so we brought a lot of life back to the paint without chasing (removing excessive clear) deeper stuff. Overall the car turned out amazing, honestly better than I expected, and will be even more of a neck breaker. We also used a sample version of blackwow max on the trims since the owner was prepared to paint/replace them anyway, so we’ll see if it works. Topped off with CS2 B268 our most basic but still professional grade ceramic coating that doesn’t come out of a spray bottle.
